This episode Wende and Rick discuss what they wished they would have known early in their respective comedy careers. Wende wished she could give her younger self some tips about running a successful room and Rick wishes he'd kept track of all his old material better. This week's episode we have Deacon Gray in to talk about the New Faces Contest at Comedy Works. Deacon is a 30 year comedy veteran as well as the Comedy Works New Talent Coordinator. Wende, Rick and Deacon discuss the New Faces Contest, now in its 20th year. Past winners of the contest include Troy Walker, Ben Kronberg and Adam Cayton-Holland.
